Programme 2011 - Showcases
Porto Musical's musical exhibition has four nights of showcases. On the first night, open exclusively for guests and enrolled professionals, a band/artist and a DJ will perform.
On the rest of nights, open to the general public, there's a schedule comprising of a local band (from Pernambuco), a national band and a foreign group, plus a DJ set on each night
Porto Musical International Music and Technology Convention is formed by about 30 conference sessions, divided in three days of meetings (Feb 24th, 25th and 26th 2011).

The conferences are defined in three platforms of discussion: Go Brasil! | The Brazilian music market, its perspectives, solutions, processes and present context.
Go International! | The international market scene for Brazilian music professionals. All about how to do it, how to get in, how to go on tour, how to jump into the international music market.
Go Digital! | The definitive environment of music and technology convergence today. How to take advantage of it, how to discover and activate the technological tools in musical creation, production, marketing, distribution and promotion.
A Collaboration Porto Musical is carried out by Astronave Iniciativas Culturais and Fina Produçăo in cooperation with WOMEX and Porto Digital.
